Syntax Highlighting (and Outline) in Compare View

When the compare view will allow merging as requested in RFE 70905 it should also enable syntax highlighting and accessing the outline, so you can work with the code like it was opened using the "compare" action in good old CODE/400.

Use Case:

We have development and test sources. Sometimes the development version and the last test version differ in many ways and only a part of the newly developed code should be transferred to the test source whereas other parts still remain in development.
