Add AUTO-EXTEND Attribute to QUSCRTUS API

The only extra attribute that is not on the QUSCRTUS (Create User Space) API is the Auto-Extend Attribute. Since the overwhelming vast majority of end-user created user spaces need to be auto-extend, please add this property to the QUSCRTUS API.

Use Case:

The QUSCUSAT (Change User Space Attributes) API is a bit complex. To create an Auto-Extend User Space _always_ requires 2 API calls. Both the Initial Value and Space Size are passed to QUSCRTUS, but the Auto-Extend attribute is not which causes users to have to learn and call this 2nd API that uses a largely complex structure.

Thank you for asking about the other releases! The change was also made in 7.4, but I forgot to add the PTF# in my last update.
    Here are the PTF numbers:
    7.4 - SI78862
    7.5 - SI78875

This change was not PTF'd back to 7.3.

Thank you for this enhancement. What are the PTF IDs for V7R3 and V7R4?

A new optional parameter has been added to the QUSCRTUS API for auto-extend.

You can read more about the details of this change in the 7.5 IBM i Documentation:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/api/v1/content/ssw_ibm_i_75/apis/quscrtus.htm

This change has been delivered in PTF SI78875.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” LOW priority feature.

Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT
