Requested porting of SYSTOOLS.JSON_UPDATE in QSYS

Since we are using the systools.JSON_UPDATE function which is not supported we would need to be able to bring it into QSYS so that we can keep the functionality of our programs in the future


Use Case:

in our rpgle program we need to be able to join two distinct json objects with variable contents.
We have currently solved this issue using the systools.JSON_UPDATE function

    This enhancement was delivered in December 2022 with IBM i 7.5 PTF Group level 3 and IBM i 7.4 PTF Group level 23.

    A new version of the JSON_UPDATE scalar function has been added to QSYS2.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a HIGH priority requirement that is important to address.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
