Add file types to CPYTOIMPF

We use CPYTOIMPF to create CSVs for our users. There are times when the .XLSX format is smaller in size.

CPYTOIMPF would need to auto sense the target file extension type or require the user to supply the target file type and append the extension for them.

Use Case:

Using the ACS product I can run a CLDOWNLOAD but I cannot be certain of the version the "/QIBM/ProdData/Access/ACS/Base" version is running and I am not going to be allowed to have a different version installed.

While IBM understands the value of making this task easier, we do not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.

There are many existing options for generating spreadsheets as XLSX, including the SQL/CLDOWNLOAD approach.

Since there are existing solutions for this request, we are electing to spend our resources on other topics that have no alternatives.

You can always provide/copy an acsbundle.jar file yourself.
