For RPGLE enhance ability to list field values Merged

Modify RPGLE language to allow for testing of multiple values in a single field by entering a values list. Coding such as INLIST to include a values list or NOT INLIST to exclude a values list when testing of a single field. This would very similar to what is now used when coding a values list in SQL. After entering this request I also see Bookmarkable URL:http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=88398 that is similar.


Use Case:

Example:
If EnrollStatus INLIST (‘F','H','3','P','W');
… execute code
EndIf;


would replace something that would need coded as:


If EnrollStatus = ‘F'
Or EnrollStatus = ‘H'
Or EnrollStatus = ‘3'
Or EnrollStatus = ‘P'
Or EnrollStatus = ‘W';
… execute code
EndIf;

    This Will work only if EnrollStatus is 1 char. I would like to be able to scan for n-char len, plus number...
