DataStructure Subfield Access By Variable Property

Add new syntax to RPG for accessing subfields. RPG limits access to qualified data structure subfields to hard-coded names with dot notation. New syntax should be like Javascript property notation dataStruct['literal_name']
or
var fld = 'userName';
dataStruct[fld];

Subfield access by name is utilized in RPG's EVAL-CORR but is encapsulated by that function.

Use Case:

1.) feature would allow a subprocedure to accept a data structure and access the fields by any subfield (such as from user input) without having to utilize a SELECT WHEN expression.
2.) feature would reduce amount of hard-coding subfield names in code that produces JSON documents and other map-like structures
3.) develop library of functions around data structures

    Like Java's Map class's keySet() method, RPG should have means to get list of subfield names from data structure. See https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/index.html?java/util/Map.html
