Add support for multiple DNS names in new Digital Certificate Manager

The need to have both the DNS and fully qualified name in the certificate Subject Alternative Name field is a requirement for secure web browser connections.

The field only allows one entry to be submitted into the SANs field when creating a new certificate. The ability to add multiples entries, separated by a comma, space, or semi-colon exists in modern certificate tools. Please add this function into the Domain Name field so we can add multiple entries such as short name and full qualified names.

IBM believes that the solution for the Idea to be able to create digital certificates with multiple SAN values is available with PTFs for the IBM i 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 releases as described in the IBM i Technology Updates content pages, specifically https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7048723.

The CAAC has reviewed this Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that is important to be addressed. There are alternatives, but anything to make the life of the system administrator easier will help maintain dedication to the box.
