Enable running "normal" CL commands in Run SQL Scripts, like VRYCFG.

With every new release of IBM i, every new Technology Refresh, the number of Db2 for i Services is growing and enhanced. As a result of this the work of system administrators is moving from using 5250 emulation to running SQL statements in RSS. A side effect of this is that you run your CL command also in RSS, instead of moving back to 5250 emulation. Running CL command is however not always possible due to the original design of those command was not done with using RSS to execute them. The command Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) is a good example. You can use this command to vary on or of nearly everything in RSS, but a vary on of an IASP is an exception to to the fact that under the bonnet the command SETASPGRP is used in the vary on process of an IASP.
