Enhance POSDBF CL command to support same features as POSITION parameter of OVRDBF

When using CL, the OVRDBF can be used to get to the specific record in a file using its POSITION parameter. But once the CL RCVF is run, the file is open and OVRDBF's POSITION cannot be used, obviously. The POSDBF command can be used but it only allows *START and *END to be used. Included the full capabilities of the POSITION parameter from OVRDBF would greatly enhance what can be done with database reads in CL programs.

IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.

While we agree it is a valid request, we believe the adoption of this enhancement would be low in the IBM i community. The database team has many other higher priority requirements, so this request would not be implemented any time soon.
