Add AUTO-PROMPT job attribute for F9=Retrieve(d) CL Commands on Enter

When using the IBM i command entry F9 or F8 to retrieve a prior CL command, I would like a job attribute that controls whether or not that CL command can be run directly via Enter or Prompted on Enter. This would give us an "Are you sure" failsafe test.

IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.
We can not make a distinction between the following two cases:
    1. the user pressed F8 or F9 then typed over the command before they pressed enter
    2. the user pressed F8 or F9 then pressed some other key before they pressing enter
