Add Align menu to right click context menu in report design to replicate functionality that is in screen design

It would be nice to be able to align headers/fields/constants, etc. in a printer file (PRTF) to the parent like you can when designing a screen (DSPF). Please replicate the right click context menu item Align (with it's sub menu) from the screen design to the report layout design.
