Allow embedding of DB2 Web Query reports in other webpages

Currently DB2 Web Query sends X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN in the header which prevents embedding reports in other webpages if the host and port does not match. There is curenlty no way in DB2 Web Query to modify this behavior. To maitain security please allow for specifying domains that are allowed to embed reports using Content-Security-Policy HTTP header and frame-ancestors directive.

IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this Idea at this time, so it is being closed. The implementation is very complex and it could potentially break other clients. There is also a manual way to accomplish this functionality that can be implemented on a per-client basis.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.

The CAAC has reviewed this Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. An end user needs to be able to imbed their results into other web pages.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual Ideas on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
