Enhance ACS Column details for Developer productivity

In ACS -> Run SQL Scripts -> SQL Result Window -> View -> Details, ACS presents a window of column details. Please enhance this window in the following ways:

1) on column details, make field list panel expandable, allow drag down to view more rows (with more column names and attributes). Today the window can be sized but that panel can not be enlarged to view more columns in the list.

2) After heading Column details: - show the count of the number of columns (ie. 12 columns)

3) In the column details list - add the column position (ie. first column is 5-characters long) so, is position 1, second is position 6.


These could improve usage and make more inforamtion easily available to a developer. Thank you.

    This support is now available in version 1.1.9.1 dated November 2022.

    Planned for our November 2022 update is the ability to allow additional columns to be viewed. The other requested changes will not be provided. The column already contains an ordinal number so the number of columns is already available by scrolling to the end of the list. Column position will also not be provided.

    use case may be that a develop doesn’t have to go do DSPFFD or review SYSCOLUMNs to see where in record the field starts. Often using SQL scripts to create sql that will be embedded in RPG or other programming. Maybe not urgent but whatever I was doing at the time made me wish for it. thanks.
