Include all missing information in QMHOLHST API Output (e.g., FROM PROGRAM) Merged

The QMHOLHST API allows us to get messages recorded in QHST (aka the Log). However, some information that is displayed when using the DSPLOG CL command is not being returned. The FROM PROGRAM name and the Time Zone are two such missing pieces of information. Since DSPLOG OUTPUT parameter does NOT support *OUTFILE, and the IBM HISTORY_LOG_INFO() table function does NOT allow selection by Message ID, Job or most other Selection options from QMHOLHST, (hence performance is sluggish) I would like that missing information to be added to the API as a format HSTL0200 with that info added just after the FROM USER so as not to break existing code.

    The request to add the "From program" to QMHOLHST looks to be the same as Idea IBMI-I-1011 - "Add send and receive program to API QMHOLHST" which has already been accepted as an uncommitted candidate and we are currently looking into adding this to the API.
    The Time Zone is passed in as input to the API, so it doesn't seem necessary to return it since the caller knows which time zone was requested.
