declare multiple variables on the same line in RPG free

Please add the possibility to declare multiple variable of the the same type on the same line, taking advantage of "free" RPG form possibilities, similar to C or other languages.

i.e.

DCL-S i1, i2, i3, i4 INT(10);

DCL-DS struct1, struct2, struct3 LIKEDS(mytypeds_t);

etc.

    IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed.

    While it is sometimes convenient to define multiple variables in a single statement when a programming language such as C or Java supports it, there are differing opinions about whether that style of coding contributes to more maintainable code. Often, coding guidelines recommend against the practice.

    It is very unlikely that IBM will implement this requirement for RPG.
