Add Group Profile *ALL to Group Name parameter on QGYOLAUS

The QGYOLAUS does not provide a integrated way to list all User Profiles that have are members of any Group Profile. Today we can list all user Profiles that are not members of any group profile. or all users who are members of one specific group profile.

However there is no way to list all users who are members of any group profile.

So the request is to provide an *ALL option to the Group Name parameter when the "Selection Type" parameter is *MEMBER
