Keep unanswered inquiry messages for qsysopr on top with different color in the new navigator for i

In IBM i Access for Windows unanswered inquiry messages were kept on top in a different color. This functionality is missing in the new navigator for i.

This is very unpractical for us as we now have to filter on inquiry type and we don't see a difference between answered and unanswered messages.

We frequently must reply to messages due to our processing

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a HIGH priority requirement that is important to address. his function would be very useful for new Nav.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

    IBM will use this Idea as input to planning, but no commitment is made or implied. This Idea will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this Idea.

    The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. This function would be very useful for new Nav.
