Support 5250 emulator for mobile device.

The only IBM 5250 emulator that worked on mobile devices (iPhone and Android) was 5250 applet which was a part of IBM access for Web (5770-XH2).

As the IBM access for Web had been discontinued since IBM i 7.5, there are no alternative 5250 emulator for mobile devices.

- Not mentioned in "Memo to users" and no announcement letter for the withdrawal.

Other Web-based functions such as "Print", "Database", "File" can be replaced by other LPPs but there are no complementing function for 5250 emulator.

    Thank you for submitting your Idea to enhance IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS). As mentioned in the provided ???Use Case", there are other 5250 mobile emulators available for occasional use. IBM does not currently have plans to provide a 5250 emulator other than the one available via ACS.
