RDi: Enhance Ctrl+Shift+M to jump to ELSE, ELSEIF, WHEN, etc.

Ctrl+Shift+M is used to jump from one end of a control block to another, and is very useful in identifying or skipping past an entire control block.

However, control blocks are often made up of a number of 'sub' control blocks delineated by ELSE, ELSEIF, WHEN, etc., and it would be very useful to be able to jump to these, either forward or backward as needed.

So, instead of Ctr+Shift+M simply toggling between the start and end of a control block, could it be enhanced to jump to the next 'stop' in the control block, cycling around to the top when it has reached the end?

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.
