SRVPGMOPT parameter for CRTSQLRPGI

While the CRTSQLRPGI command contains a COMPILEOPT parameter that is used in creating modules and programs, it does not have a parameter for passing additional parameters to the CRTSRVPGM step when OBJTYPE(*SRVPGM) is used. This can result in compile failures when the STGMDL(*TERASPACE) is used in COMPILEOPT or when the STGMDL control option is used since the service program storage model does not match the module storage model.

IBM does not intend to provide the suggested solution to this Idea at this time, so it is being closed.

A new ILE RPG precompiler option would simplify the process, but there is an easy way to do this with the current support.
Use OBJTYPE(*MODULE) on the CRTSQLRPGI and then issue your own CRTPGM/CRTSRVPGM command with the special options that are required.
