To be able to export process approval data

This would be useful so that you can pull data together on all the maps that you have and you could see which maps have been approved, the date that they were approved and whom by. This would benefit editors in being able to identify which process maps still require approval and also if the maps are due an annual review for example. It should work in the same way as it does when you export a space, i.e it brings together the space description, goals, space users, stakeholders, risk and other metadata.

    At the moment, in order to view whether a process map has been approved, you need to enter the individual process map and view the work history. My idea is that you could export the space data and this information would be included, which would save a lot of time instead of having to view the work history of each map.

    Can you please provide additional details on what is being asked for on this. The current description is unclear as to what the request is.
