ACS Data Transfer upload should allow *UPDADD

ACS Data Transfer "To IBM i" only allows add or replace. There's no way to update existing rows. This is a very common task, where data needs to inserted or updated if it already exists.

    Thank you for submitting your Idea to enhance IBM i Access Client Solutions. We have decided to decline this request. As an alternative, a solution that could be used today would be to use Data Transfer to upload the new data to a temporary table. Then use Run SQL Scripts and leverage the MERGE statement to use the temporary table data to update/insert into the target table. The MERGE statement updates a target using data from a source. Rows in the target that match the input data may be updated or deleted as specified, and rows that do not exist in the target may be inserted as specified.
