Add printing paper size - US Standard Fanfold in Win10 ACS 5250 print session

Out clients need to print paper size - US Standard Fanfold in operation. But this size option is missing in Windows 10 ACS 5250 print session.

We have done lots of testing based on IBM supporting team, found out our driver has no issue with all other applications except ACS, which cannot find US Standard Fanfold.

Meanwhile we found that ACS have issue with Chinese UDC (customized char), which cannot be printed out correctly with ACS.

IBM supporting team recommend us to raise again this issue to dev IDEA team. Please review our support case ID TS011051047 again, we really think this is not the question about Windows or the Driver.

The change is likely either Windows 10 or the printer driver. Here are a couple links that may help:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/printer-is-configured-to-use-the-wrong-paper-size-ee2ee88a-95fa-f15a-0517-611ec20ffd26

If neither of those help, I'd suggest contacting Microsoft.

    Hi Team,

Do you mean that it is determined by Windows 10? As out client was use ACS in Windows 7, and this paper size was existed.

If so, can you advise solution? As I contacted your support team but no luck.

Thank you for submitting your Idea to enhance IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS). The available paper sizes are not determined by ACS. Instead, they are determined by the platform where you are using ACS. Therefore, we are not able to provide this enhancement.
