ACS check for updates when not fully connected to the Internet

In the absence of a full Internet connection, e.g. inside the corporate network, the ACS option to check for updates displays a message that no update is available, even though the update is actually available. The user may be misled because he or she may not be aware of the lack of connection.

If it is not possible to check for updates, ACS should display a message like "No connection. Failed to check for updates".
