Currently there is no way to clean-up expired and invalidated profile tokens. The Remove Profile Tokens (QSYRMVPT) API allows you to remove all profile tokens, all profile tokens for a specific user or a specific profile token.
Given the current limit of approximately 2,000,000 profile tokens, it would be helpful to be able to clean-up expired and invalidated profile tokens on an ongoing basis, as a generic procedure only targeting profile tokens that are no longer possible to use. Removing all profile tokens or all profile tokens for a specific user would potentially remove currently active profile tokens that could legitimately still be in use.

Thank you for the clarification. I was looking for documentation of if and how the system mitigated the 2,000,000 profile token limit, apart from providing the remove profile token APIs. Good to know that action is taken by the system to avoid hitting the limit, when you rely on profile tokens in your customer oriented applications - which was what prompted my suggestion in the first place.
