Add Help Text at bottom while changing the password without Reason Code

When user changes profile password and if the password does not meet password rules, error message display with reason code at the bottom of the screen. It is difficult for end user to understand or find the description. Hence if the description displays at the bottom instead of Reason code would be good.

    IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this request at this time, so it is being closed. We do not currently plan to implement because this team has quite a long list of higher priority requirements, so this request is not likely to be implemented anytime soon. To implement this support, individual messages would need to be created for every reason code value, which is why the return code method was used. If the user presses F1 on the message at the bottom of the screen, they will see the full message text that gives the definition for the reason code.
