Add NetServer Disabled column to the default view of Disabled Users for IBM i NetServer in Navigator for i

The current default view for  Disabled Users for IBM i NetServer in Navigator for i shows the status of the IBM i User Profile, this is often Enabled even thought the user is Disabled for NetServer Access.  

This is confusing for users that are new to i and don't fully understand the difference between the two levels of disablement.

The extra column NetServer Disabled is violable to be optionally selected but the very users who would benefit from this information the most, are the ones who would be the least likely to know it is there to select.
