Issue:
ACS is missing printing paper size - US Standard Fanfold in Win10. Based on the testing done with IBM supporting team, we believed it is not the issue about Windows or the Printer driver, since other applications such as Office Word can find this paper size, and printer setting can also find this size. It only missing in ACS.
Our environment is using Chinese UDC (User Defined Char), and we found that ACS cannot print out these Chinese UDC correctly on the paper.
Before when we used IBM i Access in Win 7, it was available to print out the data with 132 columns using US Standard Fanfold on a 38cm width x 28cm length, continuous form paper. Howevr it cannot print using JPS. HPT and PDT are not considerable as user environment limit, these two cannot be used.
We would like to have dev team to support to enhance the Chinese printing ability and review why the printing issue is occured when using ACS but not in IBM i Access?
And we would like to know if this issue can be fixed in short term? Thank you.
This request is suggested by IBM supporting team. Case Number is TS011051047.
