Enhance SQL CREATE_WRAPPED by making it a keyword on the CREATE FUNCTION and PROCEDURE Statements

When creating a UDF, UDTF, or PROC using SQL, the need to enclose everything in quotes and then double-up embedded quotes and everything else associated with that situation is painful when using the WRAP function and CREATE_WRAP procedure. So much so that we avoid using it entirely. 

Please provide a Keyword on the CREATE FUNCTION and CREATE PROCEDURE statements to perform the same task with "regular" source code as can be done today with the CREATE_WRAP capability.

    IBM does not intend to provide a solution to this Idea at this time, so it is being closed.

    We recognize that our existing method of creating a wrapped routine can be inconvenient, but we do not intend to invest in another solution at this time. The database team has many other higher priority enhancements to satisfy before this could be considered.
