Stream file source for UIM objects

The UIM language has a feature to import a copybook source member, with the .im tag. I would like to see this support IFS paths to a stream file, in the same way that you can with e.g. RPG's /include.

This would allow me to compile UIM menus from the IFS. The CRTFRMSTMF utility doesn't quite do the trick here, as it wouldn't easily allow me to use copybooks to remove duplication.

If this work were to happen, it would also make sense to add a SRCSTMF option to the CRTMNU and CRTPNLGRP commands.
