Create SQL View or Table Function for EdtRbdAP Merged

When we refresh Test Environments via RSTOBJ we want to know EdtRbdAP's estimated completion time so we can: 1) Wait for it to complete, and 2) Send status updates.


"Rebuilds estimated to complete in ~25 minutes at 8:30pm ET..."
"Rebuilds estimated to complete in ~20 minutes at 8:30pm ET..."
"Rebuilds estimated to complete in ~15 minutes at 8:30pm ET..."
(or "Rebuilds are waiting on object locks...")

Note: IBM advised QRECOVERY/QADBERAP contains the supporting data but we would like IBM to support this so results are correct and reliable.
