Allow Include/Exclude of unused fields in outline view

Providing a toggle to show only referenced or only unreferenced fields would be a great time-saver when reviewing/debugging a program source.

Use Case:

Using data structure i/o, if you reference a table column without the ds qualification, it will compile fine, but give erroneous results. Showing referenced fields only, the presence of an unqualified column name should be more readily visible thus allowing easier identification of the erroneous reference.

This RFE is a duplicate of another RFE. See https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=12353 for current status.

I like this idea but there is at least one situation which will seem wrong, despite working as intended. Imagine a field named nounVerb which has 5 references. I decide I want to rename it verbNoun, but ONLY in one particular sub-procedure. I click to the Outline View and starting at the bottom, click on each reference so I can jump to the code to make the change. When I reach the last reference, it will disappear from the Outline View - because it is now unreferenced!

Working exactly as intended, but not as the programmer hoped :-)
