V7R3 to V7R5 Cross-reference PTF .csv

Can IBM provide the V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference PTF list in a .csv format, similar to what's available for V7R4 to V7R5? To my knowledge, the V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference list is currently only available in .pdf.

The V7R3 to V7R5 cross-reference PTF list (SF97053) already exists as a .csv file. If you scroll to the bottom of the following URL page, you can see the .csv attachment: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/750-v7r3m0-v7r5m0-fix-cross-reference-summary.
