Remove obsolete options from CRTNWSD and CRTNWSSTG

Many of the options on CRTNWSD and CRTNWSSTG are no longer viable.  IBM hasn't supported iSCSI since 2016.  Starting with the release after 7.5 they should limit it to options currently supported.  I would suggest defaults of

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that is important to address.

    Changing the command to actually omit certain keywords could pose compatibility problems with CL commands created at an earlier version - so CEAC members suggested to at least check and adjust default values here.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
