IBM does not intend to provide an additional solution related to this Idea at this time, so it is being closed. IBM believes the requested functionality is already available using the features described in the prior update.

    Greetings Frank.

Thank you for submitting your idea for improvement. Please help me understand what feature of the FastPath you are referring to that needs to be added as I feel the needed options are currently available.

The FastPath options from Heritage Digital Certificate Manager (DCM) were used as a reference when building the new IBM Digital Certificate Manager for i user interface.

For example, when working with Heritage DCM and choosing "FastPath->Work with server and client certificates", you are presented with a list of Server/Client certificates along with the actions you are able to perform with those certificates (View, Delete, Renew, Export, Set Default, Validate, Assign to Applications).

When using IBM Digitial Certificate Manager for i and working with Certificates, you are presented with a grid of certificate cards defaulting to show only server/client certificates and a "View" option for each certificate. Clicking the '+' in a certificate of interest expands the actions that are possible with a server/client certificate including "Renew, Export, Delete, Validate, Assign, and Set As Default". These are the same options available when using the old FastPath.

You can also work with other certificate types from this single view by modifying or clearing the filter to include CA Certificates and Certificate Signing Requests. This is much more desirable compared to how Heritage DCM forces you to work with each certificate type individually. The actions available for each certificate are based on the type of certificate and if the private key is available or not. For example, viewing the actions for a CA certificate will not provide a "Renew" option since the ability to request a renewal of that type of certificate is not possible.

Please provide which Fast Path options you feel are missing so we can address your request.
Note that I assumed the certificate store being used is the *SYSTEM certificate store. If you are using a different certificate store instead, please include that with your additional information.
