Profile usage space issue

Referring to support case TS012330272 – On OS/400, user profiles owned more than 2TB could have chance to get storage reported incorrectly (to a small number) by DSPUSRPRF and QSYS2/USER_STORAGE. IBM TS respond it's due to system limitation and the only way of fixing is to STRSST - Advanced Analysis Command and issue command FIXUSERPROFILESTORAGEUSED. IBM advised this is NOT a defect and what we can do is to raise change request by 'make engagement request'. We believe in current advanced technology, it's not uncommon to have a single profile own > 2TB storage…. We would like IBM to fix this issue automatically rather than system admin to spot and run the STRSST macro all the time.
