Add the "Share Open Data Path" attribute to the QDBRTVFD API

The SHARE ODP attribute is missing from the QDBRTVFD API. While SHARE is technically a file's MEMBER attribute, it is an attribute that is pervasively associated with a file object. Currently there is no user-accessible way of retrieving that attribute, so adding it to QDBRTVFD is a good solution.

Please advise as to how the SHARE attribute is obtained from the QUSRMBRD API if the target database file has NO members?

The Share ODP attribute is a member attribute, like you mentioned. It is returned by the QUSRMBRD (Retrieve member description) API, the MBRD0200 format.
