Table "Files" should contain entries for all the known types used for source file members by default and not only a subset.

When opening a stream file in the IFS with the LPEX editor, then the LPEX editor has to determine if the stream file contains text or binary content. This will be done by the extension of the stream file name and the content of the table "Files" in RDi under "Windows/Preferences/Remote Systems/Files". This table doesn`t contain all the known types used for source file members. One example is, type "*.bnd" with "Text" is missing in this table. Type BND is for the binder source which is used by command CRTSRVPGM. This leads to confusion. My idea is that the table "Files" should contain entries for all the known types used for source file members by default and not only a subset.
