Allow OVRPRTF command to specify TOSTMF('/dev/null') to suppress STDOUT from C based objects
Currently the OVRPRTF command will not allow overrides to stream files that already exist. We have been asked by a customer to suppress the creation of spooled files for certain batch tasks. Currently we issue the OVRPRTF command to route this to a user defined output queue. If we could use /dev/null as the TOSTMF parameter we could achieve this relatively easily.
