LPEX print preferences

Currently changing print preferences requires a familiarity with the various set and/or query commands. It's a very tedious process. I'm requesting that these settings be made part of the preferences.

Settings that would be good to have available in the Preferences would at least include:
- font name (e.g., Courier, Lucida sans console, etc.)
- font style (Regular, Italics, ...)
- font size
- margins


Use Case:

Go into Preferences and be able to see all the above settings and adjust them as needed.
