Allow 'Show Password' capability for command parameters

Many modern APIs where password inputs are expected have an option to 'show password' as it is typed.

Define a standard function key to use when prompting a command that will cause the field where the cursor is sitting to show the input (overriding the command definition which says to not show it). Pressing the function key again would toggle this and hide it. Pressing the key would not effect its suppression in the job log.

I just realized a similar idea is here but that one specifically calls out RUNRMTCMD. I'll leave this one here if you want to separate out changing RUNRMTCMD from the idea of adding a 'Show Field' Fkey.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your Idea. After careful consideration, we know that we cannot deliver your requested enhancement soon, so it is being declined. However, your Idea does align with the future strategy of our product and we believe it may have future value, so we will add it to an internal list for us to keep in mind for the future.
