Run command in Navigator for i

In the "old" System i Navigator it was possible to run a command on one/many systems or groups. It has become clear that the New Navigator for i is the way to go to manage the IBM i infrastructure. Therefore this request to be able to run a command against a single or multiple systems that can be selected from a list of all systems configured in Navigator for i.

It makes sense to have this option within Navigator for i instead of using e.g. ARE. At one of our customers, 125 IBM i lpars have to be managed, and with this option we can avoid having to configure all systems again.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority Idea that is important to be addressed.

CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
