Create/Add Member Filter from Object Table

Add function to Object Table to select one or more results, right-click, and add the selection to a member filter. There is a similar function in a 3rd party plugin called iSphere that allows adding search results to a member filter, but, its for search results, not a member selection in the object table.  I'd also like the ability to control the library specification for the member filter addition, so that I might be able to say *USRLIBL for the entry instead of whatever library the object table shows, because we often have filter pools that span connections with different library lists and we'd like to show the members in different libraries for say the production connection different than the development or QA connection.  The member names and files are the same in these connections, but the library the source file resides in is diffferent and controlled by that connection's library list.
