IWS wizard for creating or updating a web service: give the choice to save it as QSH script

In a world where CI/CD is more and more important the possibility to have the script creation in a git or similar instead of just creating the service is important to customers with several environments to keep trace of the changes.

I think the functionality is already there. After updating a web service, you can use getConfigurationFile.sh Qshell command to retrieve the XML markup language and property file that describes the server. You can then use these files to install exact web service using installWebService.sh Qshell command, passing the markuplanguage and property files.

    Is something more needed?
