Log information to QHST when someone or something clears QSYSOPR message queue.

Makes it easy to identify who or what cleared the message queue.

    Thank you for submitting your Idea. While your suggestion has merit, it does create a couple of concerns. One is that there are different ways of clearing a message queue and there would be ways around it (for example, by removing the messages one at a time, either manually or via program, or API). If the purpose of the request is for auditing the action, then auditing should be used instead, since it would more complete. Another concern is the number of unnecessary messages in QHST. While this message may be useful for some, that may not be the case for all users. Therefore I am declining this request.
