Enable rotation of diagram flow

Allow for rotation of the diagram flow similar to what can be done in he iNav GUI SQL tool, Visual Explain.


Use Case:

Button to cycle through rotations or a drop down of set rotations to pick from.

    Not with out a means to have the layout refresh without needing to close and reopen.

    Currently there is a layout section in Window -> Preferences -> Application Diagram where you can pick between Horizontal and Vertical as the orientation. Please let us know if that is enough to resolve the issue.
