Make Database Development Log on follow RSE connection standards

In RSE you can save your password. If later your profile password changes RSE tells you the password its attempting to use is not the same as the one on the server.

Please make the connection feature for the Database Development / Debug adhere to the same standard.


Use Case:

When you open a .SQL script using a tool associated with the database development or debug and there is an existing connection that is set up to connect with a certain user and profile and the password saved is not correct only attempt at most two times then report that it was unable to connect. DONT just continue to try and connection until the developer closes the script or perspective, etc.
