Enable restoring last used date from save media rather than setting it to the restore date.

When a customer moves between systems, say Power9 to Power10 using the standard tape Save/Restore every object on the system gets stamped with the last used date of the restore.  This becomes a problem when the customer starts reviewing things to find out if they are actually used.    

What I see is an option on the RST, RSTOBJ, RSTLIB, RSTUSRPRF (Please don't put any effort into RSTDLO!!)   The option would be something like "Restore last used date *YES/*NO"  RSTLUD(*YES) 

If this option is selected, then the days used count should also be restored.  In such a case the restore should NOT constitute a 'use'.

    Love this idea, as so many IBM i customers move their environments from system to system using the unload / reload method, this would allow us to preserve a key piece of data that is made more relevant by Europe's GDPR
