Add the ability to edit existing Intrusion Detection Policy Propertys

It doesn't appear like the ability is present to alter an existing Intrusion Detection Policy once it is created. In our case, we were looking to add to the list under "Specify a list of remote ip addresses to exclude for this policy" (which is found under the Remote IP Addresses of the Intrusion Detection Policy Properties. We had an existing entry, but could not add anything unless the existing entries were removed and added all over from scratch. If many exceptions are present, this could get very cumbersome.

    This was discussed with the submitter and we resolved that the ability to add and remove entries has been delivered. This provides the edit ability requested. We will close this as Delivered, and any more communication on this topic can be handled as needed.
