Change the timeout limit for Hyperswap on IBM i driver

I'm opening this request on name of a Bank in Spain. They have PowerHA Express with DS8K hyper swap. During the upgrade of the firmware of DS8K some of the IBM i LPARs switched to the secondary storage box. They think this behavior is not acceptable on High-End machines (they are running their production on Power 1080s) as they don't have problems in the same operation with z/os. They think that the timeout for Hyperswap in the IBM i driver should be tuneable like in AIX in order to put it higher when they are doing the maintenance of the firmware in the DS8ks.

HyperSwap is a technology designed to enable minimal impact to production workload when a storage issue occurs by switching to a secondary storage device. After a HyperSwap occurs, the switch back to the original storage device provides near-zero impact to the production workload. Any delay or increase in the time to switch can result in significant additional delays in the system, which includes an increased possibility of dropped networking connections. For this reason, there are no plans to implement the ability to set a timeout before a HyperSwap failover happens.
